CAPE Analytics Named to the 2022 CB Insights’ Fintech 250 List

Today, we are proud to announce that CAPE Analytics has been named to CB Insights’ fifth annual Fintech 250, a list of the top private fintech companies using technology to transform financial services.

Utilizing the CB Insights platform, the research team selected CAPE and fellow nominees from a pool of over 12,500 private companies, including applicants and nominees. Companies are chosen based on factors including R&D activity, proprietary Mosaic scores, market potential, business relationships, investor profile, news sentiment analysis, competitive landscape, team strength, and tech novelty. CB Insights’ research team also reviewed over 2,000 of Analyst Briefings submitted by applicants.

As property stakeholders navigate a world of changing risk, ever-changing policies and regulations, and economics forces, CAPE Analytics has set out to ensure that insurance carriers, property and loan investors, and financial institutions are able to confidently assess and understand the risk, value, and marketability associated with individual properties and across entire portfolios.
