With this strategic collaboration, CAPE’s Automated Property Condition Report (aPCR) will be integrated into Clear Capital’s inspection cascade—a system designed to ensure 100% inspection coverage for home equity loans. The aPCR, which draws on high-resolution geospatial imagery and machine learning, offers a scalable, automated alternative to traditional property inspections. With coverage extending to 98% of U.S. residential properties, the aPCR enables lenders to make faster, more informed decisions.

The CAPE aPCR uses computer vision to assess geospatial imagery and extract critical information about property condition, characteristics, and location factors with a focus on attributes that influence property value and marketability. The information contained in the CAPE aPCR is collected in an objective, structured manner that is both consistent and refreshed throughout the year.
